SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Orders will be processed within four (4) business days following verification of payment. Once verified and processed, in stock orders will be filled and shipped via standard delivery typically arriving within four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) after order has been filled. (Custom Orders may take 1-4 weeks to fill, depending on quantity and detail, while in stock orders are usually shipped upon verification of payment.) 

Please allow up to 14 business days for pre or post season products, and/or notification of out-of-stock items.

Please contact our customer service department if your online order has not been received with 3 weeks of payment verification. Custom orders will receive email notification of shipment. For a prompt reply, please provide name of online store where order was submitted, your Transaction ID/Order Number, date of purchase, email address associated with order and contact phone number and name of person who placed order.
